A company representative told the post the contracted photographer was about 200 feet away, not hiding, from Obama when he took a series of snaps.
It’s not the first time Obama has been spotted at the beach without his shirt on. The Hawaiian native was captured walking around the beach and body surfing by an Associated Press photographer in August.
