Kripa Bhatia,
The festive photos quite mystical. The colors are bewitching and attractive. Extremly beautiful compositions.
You may try breaking or zooming into these colors in your next attempt.
But I found the portraits a bit clichéd.

I grew up in the 70s in the drab suburbs of London, grey streets, grey skies, grey people. Then when I was 7 my mum took me to visit her family in Bombay - a magical 6 weeks of my life running around the vibrant, mad streets of Bombay with my cousins and friends.
One day, Holi hit us without me fully understanding what it was about. It was Christmas at Will Wonkas chocolate factory mixed with Disney World and Santa Claus, insane, beautiful and joyous all at the same time.
These photos take me back there. Thank you.

April 23rd, 2009 at 8:23 am

I hope that nobody gets angry but with such lovely images I felt that I had to make a powerpoint, just one of those you receive by email.
Of course I mentioned that the images came from this page.
I’ve put no music so as not no make the powerpoint even bigger.
If anybody wants it it’s at http://www.filespawn.com/file/2353/festival-del-color-zip.html
The title and the words are in Spanish but anyone can change them in English.

Wow! This was beautiful, I just signed up and as soon as I logged in the first thing I noticed were your colors. They were awesome because I love the beauty of colors and all they have to offer to the world. Many times, I wonder why people are fighting in some of the worlds most beautiful places. One place I can think of where there was war in such a beautiful place was Greece. I don’t know much about India but you certainly opened my eyes to such a beautiful place.
